After recording a couple of demos in 2001 and 2003 as a one-man-band, Nordra welcomed Polish drummer Necrolucas in front demo number triad, "Unholy Inquisition," which gained many supporters among fans of Carpathian Forest, Darkthrone, and Impaled Nazarene (thanks in no small theatrical role to an excellent cover of Darkthrone's "Hostelry I De Dype Skogers Favn"). It besides john Drew the attention of America's Southern Lord mark, through whom Mord unleashed their full-length debut, coroneted Christendom Perished, in March 2006.

American Idol - Wga West Brings Idol Protest To Arizona

Joined by the Teamsters Union, the Writers Guild of America West has scheduled a third demonstration today (Friday) against FremantleMedia in Glendale, AZ, where the production is holding auditions for the next season of American Idol . Among those participating in the demonstration is Patricia Clark, described by today's Daily Variety as a "former American Idol employee." The WGA West has vowed to stage its Truth Tour campaign against FremantleMedia in each of the cities where American Idol auditions are being held.

Johansson Snubs Cannes Premiere

Scarlett Johansson snubbed the premiere of Woody Allen's latest movie Vicky Cristina Barcelona at the Cannes International Film Festival after movies bosses reportedly refused to cater to her diva demands. The blonde beauty - who stars in the new movie alongside Penelope Cruz - was expected to grace the red carpet at the French festival on Saturday, but missed the prestigious premiere amid rumors movie bosses at the French arm of Warner Bros Films - the production's distributors - reportedly denied her extravagant hospitality expectations. According to British newspaper the Daily Mail, the Lost In Translation star made a string of demands to ensure her appearance at the renowned festival - including a $8,000 a day make-up artist. Reports also suggest Johansson was unwilling to stay at a luxurious central Cannes hotel with director Allen and co-star Cruz, preferring a suite at a hotel 30 miles away. A source tells the publication, "While Woody's terribly fond of Scarlett, he was a little upset that she wasn't being a team player." Johansson's male-star, Spanish Oscar-winner Javier Bardem, also missed the movie's Cannes premiere on Saturday, citing personal family reasons for his non-appearance.

Pete Doherty Released From Jail Early

Troubled rocker Pete Doherty, was released from a London prison early Tuesday morning, (May 6) after serving only 29 days of a 14-week sentence for "being in breach of his probation order." Doherty has suffered an ongoing battle with drugs, having previously been given a suspended sentence for drug possession and ordered to partake in a treatment program.His representative, Jon Bills, confirmed the news on April 8 that Doherty was to serve "a total of 14 weeks in jail for being in breach of his probation order." No reason for the early release of The Babyshambles frontman has been provided.Photo taken by Jasmine Worth.

Though he began his vocation spinning records, DJ Bobo became popular in his native Switzerland as a dance-pop vocaliser, composing and producing most of his have solve.
